• Culinary robotics integration and consultation.
• Smart kitchen timer solutions for restaurants.

3. Orders and Payments for Food Services

All food orders, including restaurant bookings, catering, and meal kits, are subject to availability and acceptance by Chronos Kitchen. Prices are as listed on our platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement, unless otherwise agreed upon for catering or bespoke technology services. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Delivery and Collection (Food Services)

For meal kit deliveries and catering, we strive to meet specified delivery times, but these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Chronos Kitchen is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. For restaurant collection, orders must be collected within the stipulated timeframe. Uncollected orders may not be refunded.

5. Cancellations and Refunds (Food Services)

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service:

• Restaurant Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential charges.
• Meal Kits: Cancellations for upcoming deliveries must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
• Catering/Events: Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your catering agreement, typically requiring a longer notice period and potentially incurring cancellation fees.

Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policies and may take several business days to appear in your account.

6. Culinary Technology Services

For culinary robotics integration, smart kitchen timer solutions, bespoke kitchen automation system design, and real-time ingredient freshness tracking, specific project agreements, statements of work, and service level agreements will be entered into. These documents will detail scope, deliverables, payment terms, intellectual property rights, warranties, and support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design of our culinary technology solutions, is the property of Chronos Kitchen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our online platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Chronos Kitchen provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronos Kitchen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Chronos Kitchen be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronos Kitchen and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
